The New Hampshire Chapter is led by advocate Rachelle Enes. Rachelle is a mom of three and has experienced disability through her relationship with her disabled grandmother and her cousin who had cerebral palsy.

Rachelle is currently enrolled in the New Hampshire Leadership Series through the Institute on Disability.
