The Alabama Chapter of the Changing Spaces Campaign is led by June Wilson and Godilean Powell. Both women are driven to advocate for accessible restrooms with universal changing tables because of their own experiences caring for their children in inadequate restroom facilities while away from home.

The Alabama chapter plans to spread awareness about the need for universal changing tables to be installed in public restroom facilities so that people with disabilities and medical conditions can be fully accommodated in public places in our state.
